◆The Air-eliminate Filter
It is one of the auxiliaries of a flow meter, being able to separate gas and foreign substances from liquid medium in tube and ensure the measuring accuracy.
◆Operational principle:
After the product oil flows in, the filter screen in the tube will remove solid impurity. And when the liquid goes through the filter screen, the direction of flow is changed and the free gas and partial dissolved gas will go out, rising to the top of the separator forming a gas space and an oil gas interface. As the gas increases, the pressure and volume both increase, bringing the interface down, until to a certain degree, the ball float device works to open the valve to let gas out. Then the oil-gas interface climbs and the valve is closed again via the ball float device. In this way, the medium can achieve a separation of oil, gas and solid.
